I just had to share.

Sam and I were recently chatting about a date night Bill and I had. The conversation went like this:

Sam: So mom, where did you and Daddy go last night?
me: Mommy and Daddy went to the Arena Tavern for some dinner and adult drinks.
Sam: Why?
me: Because it was a date night.
Sam: A DATE NIGHT? You're already married. That's crazy.
me: Yes, Sam we're married, but sometimes Mommies and Daddies like to go out on date nights every once in a while.
Sam: Is that a law?
me: Yes Sam. Yes it is.
